2007 INDUSTRY EDUCATION DAY May 15, 2007 Vanderbilt Student Life Center, Vanderbilt University Nashville, TN
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Preparation has begun for the Industry Education Day 2007. This event will be held on Tuesday, May 15, at the Vanderbilt Student Life Center in Nashville, TN. In order to allow maximum participation by our members, a sponsorship prospectus has been developed to encourage companies/individuals to invest in this program at various levels.
Platinum Sponsor - $1,000.00. Sponsor logo will appear on the Education Day agenda, on each Association’s website during the month of the event, on the video screen prior to sessions, and will be recognized by the event moderator. Company is allowed 2 free registrations to the event. Company will be allowed to bring and distribute printed material related to his/her company and set up a tabletop display in a premium location, if desired. Company will be recognized at the annual celebration event for each Association.
Gold Sponsor - $500.00. Sponsor logo will appear on the Education Day agenda and on each Association’s website during the month of the event. Company is allowed 1 free registration to the event. Company will be allowed to bring and distribute printed material related to his/her company and set up a tabletop display if desired. Company will be recognized at the annual celebration event for each Association.
Silver Sponsor – $100.00. Sponsor will be recognized on the Education Day agenda and on each Association’s website during the month of the event. Company will be allowed to bring and distribute printed material related to his/her company.
Bronze Sponsor –Sponsor will be recognized on the Education Day agenda and on each Association’s website during the month of the event. Company contributes to Education Day through travel, hotel, or car vouchers.
**The donation of door prizes or other giveaways does not qualify for sponsorship recognition.
